2015-2021, Tamar Mangoshvili worked as a training program specialist of the Diplomatic Institute. From September 1, 2023, she joined the Institue on the position of Deputy Director of the Diplomatic Institute.
Since 2014, Tamar has cooperation with private and public organisations in human resources management, adults learning and mentoring fields.
2009-2015, Tamar received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in organizational psychology at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
Since 2019, Tamar is a member of the HR Professionals Association, a certified career consultant, a certified expert-trainer of diversity, equality and inclusion.
