Nikoloz Rtveliashvili has been a Research Fellow at the Diplomatic Institute since 2018.

From 2011 to 2016, Mr. Rtveliashvili served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Kingdom of Denmark, extending his diplomatic presence to the Kingdom of Norway and the Republic of Iceland.

1996 to 1997, he attended George Washington University where he was granted a Fulbright research/scholarship award.

Mr. Rtveliashvili also worked as Senior Researcher and lecturer at the Economic Geography Department of the Tbilisi State University.
