From 25 September to 4 October a special course - "Georgia's Foreign Policy and its Priorities" was conducted at the Diplomatic Institute for interns from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Junior Diplomats’ Program recently hosted an online workshop on Cultural Diplomacy, led by Dr. Kate Walker, former Director of the OSCE Academy.

On 11-12 July Junior Diplomats’ Program hosted a workshop on Economic Diplomacy

On July 10, the Diplomatic Institute welcomed students from the University of Georgia. The event began with a warm greeting from Irina Dakhundaridze, the Director of the Diplomatic Institute.

On 4 July, Ambassador Zurab Dvalishvili, Research Fellow at the Diplomatic Institute, delivered a lecture in Yerevan to diplomats from Latin America and Africa. The Diplomatic School of Armenia organized the lecture as part of its program titled “South Caucasus: Realities, Challenges, and Prospects”.

“How can the use of culture foster more effective diplomatic practice” - This was a guiding question of the workshop on Cultural Diplomacy, conducted on 4 July as part of the Junior Diplomats’ Program at the Diplomatic Institute.

On 3 July the Diplomatic Institute hosted Beka Dvali, Ambassador of Georgia to Australia, as a special guest speaker for our Junior Diplomats’ Program.

On 3 July, within the frames of the Junior Diplomats’ Program, a workshop was held, dedicated to discussing specific components of the method of assessment – the professional portfolio and practical exercises on its development.
