We are delighted to announce the launch of the Junior Diplomats’ Program at Diplomatic Institute.

On the first day of the program, a workshop facilitated by Dr. Kate Walker, trainer at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, was held. During the workshop, professional competencies and values in Georgia’s diplomatic service were discussed.

The workshop also focused on the new method of assessment – the professional portfolio, its creation process and importance relating to program learning objectives.

The program aims to develop participants’ professional skills necessary for career growth and effective fulfillment of their duties in the diplomatic service.
