On 8 July in the framework of the visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Director of the Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute, Tinatin Bregvadze and Research Fellow of the Institute, Ambassador Mikheil Ukleba participated in the meeting of the Heads of the Diplomatic Academies of the memeber countries of GUAM.

In the framework of the meeting a Declaration of the Intentions of the Heads of Diplomatic Academies and Institutes of Foreign Ministries of the GUAM Member States was signed.

Also, Memoranda of Understanding between the Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, ADA University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova were signed. For the Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia the MoU was signed by Tinatin Bregvadze, Director of the Institute, for ADA University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan – by Amb. Hafiz Pashayev, Rector of the Institute and for the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova – by Professor Victor Tvircun, Director of the Institute.
