Annual Keynote Speech – “Reflections on US-Georgia Relations”
On 6 September, the Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute organized an event – Annual Keynote Speech at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, with financial support from the US Embassy. In the framework of the event American diplomat, Ambassador John Tefft delivered a keynote speech on “Reflections on US-Georgia Relations”.
The event was opened by Tinatin Bregvadze, Director of the Diplomatic Institute, Vakhtang Makharoblishvili, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and Elizabeth Rood, Chargé d’Affaires at the Embassy of the United States.
Keynote speech by Ambassador John tefft was followed by Q&A session, moderated by Gvaram Khandamishvili, Director of the Department of Americas of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
The event was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, other public institutions, research centres, NGOs and students from different universities.
