Zurab Dvalishvili has been a Research Fellow at the Diplomatic Institute since 2022.

Since 1994, he has held various positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. He has served as an envoy extraordinary and plenipotentiary at the Embassy of Georgia in the Republic of Greece, Ukraine and Australian Commonwealth.

From 2018 to 2022, he served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary at the Embassy of Georgia in Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
