On 13 and 15 April an online course on “Public and Digital Diplomacy“ was organized in the framework of the joint project of the Diplomatic Institute and the Estonian School of Diplomacy. The Course was led by Ambassador Taavi Toom, former journalist and diplomat of Estonia.

In an exclusive and interactive session with diplomats from Georgia, Mr. Toom talked about Estonia’s experience and success stories in the field of Public Diplomacy and Digital Diplomacy. He also offered some examples and best practices from other countries how a smart and modern communication policy could help to achieve broader foreign policy goals and priorities.
