On 17 April the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Rwanda signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of diplomatic training. This MoU aims to bolster cooperation between the two countries in the realm of diplomatic capacity building.
