On 24 May, a lecture on “International Humanitarian Law and International Committee of the Red Cross” was held at the Diplomatic Institute, delivered by Onisime Tskhomelidze, Legal Advisor of the ICRC.

Lecturer discussed ICRC’s scope of work, principles of International Humanitarian Law and current challenges.

The lecture was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including the participants of the Junior Diplomats’ Program.
