A four day series of seminars on “Public Diplomacy” has started
On March 28, Diplomatic Institute launched a four day series of seminars on “Digital Diplomacy”. Seminars are held within the framework of cooperation between Georgia and Israel. The aim is to develop skills of Georgian diplomats and other civil servants in digital diplomacy.
Trainings are conducted by Avigail Spira, Head of Training at the Digital Diplomatic Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel.
Today’s seminar was attended by representatives of the Parliament of Georgia and other public agencies. The participants were welcomed by the Ambassador of Israel to Georgia, Ran Gidor.
“Digital Diplomacy is not an end, but a means to an end. If it is to be effective, it must be useful in promoting our foreign policy aims.”
