A round table discussion was held between the Institute’s Ambassador Research Fellows and the young Researchers of the Institute for War and Peace Reporting IWPR Central Asia
On June 16, Diplomatic Institute organized a round table discussion between the Institute’s Ambassador Research Fellows and the young Researchers of the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR Central Asia).
The participants were welcomed by the Director of Diplomatic Institute, Irina Dakhundaridze, and the Director of the Asia-Pacific Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Alexander Nalbandov.
During the meeting the participants discussed the following topics:
- Georgia ‘s Foreign Policy priorities
- Prospects for cooperation between Central Asia and the South Caucasus (political-economic dimension)
- Opportunities to strengthen cooperation in the region
The Institute’s Research Fellows presented analytical papers related to the prospects of cooperation in the region.
